You may cancel your registration at any time prior to the start of classes without penalty. A portion of the registration fee ($25) is non-refundable after completing registration documents.
You may move your certificate start date once at no additional charge. If you need to move start dates again, a $200 registration fee will be charged each additional time.
Cancellation once you start a certificate: If you cancel in writing within 7 days of your certificate start date, all monies paid except the registration fee will be refunded. For an online program, logging into the class is considered attending. If you cancel at any time after 7 days, you will be responsible for the tuition fees from the start of classes to the date of notice of cancellation.
Cancellation once you start an individual class: If you cancel an individual class prior to the start date, all monies will be refunded. If you cancel at any time after the start date of the class, you will be responsible for the tuition fees from the start of classes to the date of notice of cancellation.
Course material: Course material will be made available to you for 2 weeks after you complete a certificate. Student accounts are available for 6 months after completing a course.
Instructor Supported stipulations: You must be paid in full for an Instructor Supported certificate prior to the final two classes in your certificate being released.

Kompass will use your personal information solely for the purposes of enhancing your experience with our site and to answer any questions you may have concerning our campuses. We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
The Kompass inquiry form requests that users provide contact information (such as their name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address). We use this contact information to send the user additional information about Kompass. A user’s contact information may also be used by us to contact the user directly. Courses start frequently, with opportunities to join on a weekly or monthly basis. We offer payment plans over the duration of your course.
